In the November of 2014 in Real Estate Industry, the C.A.R. Form RPA was changed from 8 pages to 10 pages by changing the requirement of termite inspection and many other sections.  In the October of 2015 in Mortgage Lending Industry, the GFE (Good Faith Estimate) and HUD-1 will be changed to Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure with new waiting periods and regulations.  The main impact on this change in the lending market is the loan closing time frame will easily be delayed for a week or longer.  And there is nothing much that the real estate agent can control on the lending process.  Therefore, our one-stop-shop broker will work closely with your mortgage document and purchase contract to assist your transaction heading a successful closing.
